This privately owned Vacation Rental House is ideally located in Beautiful Lake Havasu City right on Lake Havasu’s McCulloch Blvd. just 5 minutes from the water.

Lake Havasu offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether you are planning a week long vacation or a weekend getaway, we have the rental house for you. This spacious house is 2 stories tall, a rare find in Lake Havasu. It has a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a full kitchen, and an Arizona Room. There is a fireplace on both the top floor and the bottom floor.

Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has a full size bed. The bedrooms are fully equipped with pillows, blankets, and linens. The bathrooms are fully stocked with fresh towels and washcloths. Our goal is to make our guests feel welcome and offer them all the amenities for a convenient vacation.

Outdoors you can relax in the saltwater pool. Take a moment to enjoy the magnificent view of beautiful Lake Havasu while grilling on the Gas Bar-B-Que in the private, enclosed backyard.
